This Privacy Policy explains how NeYapsak? ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using NeYapsak? you agree to this policy.

What we collect
- No account, no sign-in. NeYapsak? does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details. So the app can run, Google Firebase assigns an anonymous device identifier — a random ID that is not linked to your identity.
- Location (only while using the app). If you grant location permission, we use your location to center the map on you and show events near you, sorted by distance. Your location is used on your device only — it is not stored on our servers and not shared with anyone. You can use the app without granting location.
- On-device preferences. Your favorites, filters, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes them.
- Diagnostics. Anonymous crash reports via Google Firebase Crashlytics, used to keep the app stable. These contain technical device/state information, not personal identifiers.
We do not collect: your name, email, contacts, photos, health data, microphone/camera input, or location history. We do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use your information
- To provide the core experience: showing events near you on the map and in lists, and letting you filter, search, and favorite them.
- To keep the app reliable, via anonymous crash reporting.
- The event listings in the app are aggregated from publicly available ticketing platforms — they are public information, not your personal data.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data is stored and who processes it
The app uses Google Firebase — Authentication (anonymous), Cloud Firestore (the read-only public event catalogue), and Crashlytics (crash diagnostics) — processed by Google as our service provider under Google's Privacy Policy. Map tiles and place data are provided by Google Maps. We do not operate our own user database; your favorites and filters never leave your device.
Data retention and deletion
Your favorites, filters, and preferences live only on your device — delete the app to remove them completely. The anonymous identifier and any crash diagnostics held by Firebase are retained per Google's policies; you may contact us at the email above to request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous identifier.
Children
NeYapsak? is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
